Terms of Use
The terms that apply when accessing the SERS Cloud website and using the SERS Cloud service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SERS Cloud, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional terms presented when you register for or purchase a SERS Cloud service.
2. The SERS Cloud Service
SERS Cloud is a cloud-based management platform for security installation and service businesses. Features may change, improve or expand as the platform develops.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials and ensuring users with access to your account are authorised. You must promptly notify us if you become aware of suspected unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
You must use SERS Cloud lawfully and must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the platform in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
5. Your Data
You retain responsibility for the business information and other content entered into your SERS Cloud account. You are responsible for having appropriate rights and permissions to collect, store and use that information.
6. Trials, Subscriptions and Pricing
Where a free trial is offered, the applicable trial conditions will be shown during registration. Subscription plans, pricing and billing terms will be provided when commercial pricing is made available. The public Pricing page may remain marked Coming Soon until those arrangements are finalised.
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security work, upgrades or circumstances outside reasonable control may occasionally affect access.
8. Intellectual Property
SERS Cloud, its software, branding, design and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of SERS Cloud software or branding to users.
9. Responsibility and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SERS Cloud is provided subject to the terms and limitations applicable to the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under Australian consumer law.
10. Suspension or Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, serious misuse, non-payment once paid subscriptions apply, breach of applicable terms, or legal requirements. Where appropriate, reasonable notice will be provided.
11. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as SERS Cloud develops or its commercial and legal arrangements change. The current version will be published on this page.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the SERS Cloud Contact page.
